My name is Reanna Zuniga, I'm 19 years old and studying journalism at the University of Texas at Austin.
As an aspiring journalist-
I love to write, and I want to be able to use my writing to help the world. Or at the very least, entertain it.
Currently I am a sports writer for the Daily Texan, a University newspaper, but I also worked as a news reporter during my first semester here. I've had the chance to write for multiple publications and the most important thing I've learned is to never stop learning. The field is definitely changing, and I think it's amazing to see how we are adapting to that.
I don't really know what I want to do yet within the journalism field, I'm just dipping my feet in everything I can at this point --- but that's the fun of it, right? Everything is new and exciting, and I have the drive to learn all that I can.
